The Cookie Momster. That's me. I have a hard time expressing myself in words so I have taken to expressing myself in the one way that I really feel comfortable. Baking. Through life's excitements and difficulties I tend to bake, it's what I have always done.
I started creating very young when I would spend time at my Grandparents house. My Grandma and I always had a baking project. She is the one that taught me to be creative in the kitchen and to have fun with what I made. My cookies and creations take life from just that, life. I will turn my feelings and experiences into cookies. So here I am with a plethora of ideas and finally and outlet.
As for the "Momster" part. I am a mom to the most wonderful and perfect little boy in the world. He is my mini cookie monster and of course quality control for most of the cookies that will pass through my kitchen. He is the inspiration behind many of the ideas here or the comfort through the creations that came by difficult times.
Sit back and enjoy the cookies. Things are just starting, for now, but my hope is that I will be able to add quickly.
